Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation.
 Identify and research potential clients, markets, and industries.
 Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
 Maintain a database of leads and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
 Understand clients' needs, challenges, and objectives.
 Present company products/services to clients effectively.
Sales Strategy Development.
 Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and plans.
 Set sales targets and objectives, and develop action plans to achieve them.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations.
 Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
 Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to close sales deals.
Market Research and Analysis.
 Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
 Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth.
Reporting and Documentation.
 Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals.
 Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
Team Collaboration.
 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and product/service improvement.

Requirements and skills

 Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role Proven sales track record.
 Experience in customer support is a plus.
 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
 Proficiency in English.
 Market knowledge.
 Communication and negotiation skills.
 Ability to build rapport.
 Time management and planning skills.
