Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth initiatives. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, proposal support, and relationship management. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in B2B sales and IT services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Present company services (Cybersecurity, VAPT, IT services) to prospective clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking reports.
  • Support sales closures and client onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales.
  • Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
  • Basic understanding of IT services / cybersecurity (training will be provided).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or software sales.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and explain them clearly.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The role involves handling accounting entries, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, payroll coordination, and audit support, making it ideal for candidates with a strong accounting and finance background.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, financial records, and handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, and supporting documents; assist in monthly financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, follow up on customer outstanding, and process vendor bills and payment schedules.
  • Reconcile customer, vendor, general ledger, and bank accounts periodically, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Assist in GST return preparation/filing, TDS calculations and deductions, and maintain related statutory records.
  • Coordinate with consultants/auditors for statutory compliance and timely submission of financial information.
  • Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs, verify salary entries, and support PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and TDS-related payroll requirements.
  • Maintain records of employee reimbursements, advances, and deductions; verify expense claims against policy.
  • Coordinate with internal/external auditors, support year-end closing, and maintain audit documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Experience in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliation.
  • Good numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information.

Good to Have (Optional):

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification; candidates with relevant practical accounting experience preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance operations.
  • Experience in an IT / ITES / service-based company will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
