Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth initiatives. The role involves lead generation, client interaction, proposal support, and relationship management. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a career in B2B sales and IT services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
• Present company services (Cybersecurity, VAPT, IT services) to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking reports.
• Support sales closures and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales.
• Good communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
• Basic understanding of IT services / cybersecurity (training will be provided).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, or software sales.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.
• Ability to understand technical offerings and explain them clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
